BizMaster provides tools and services for the creation of business plans, pitch decks, and other business-related documents ("Business Documents"). Our services include, but are not limited to:

AI-assisted business document creation
Collaboration tools with fellow entrepreneurs

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without prior notice.

3. User Registration and Account

To access certain features of the Site, you may need to register for an account. By registering, you agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account.
Promptly notify BizMaster of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Payment and Subscription Plans

BizMaster offers both free and paid subscription plans. The free plan provides basic features, while premium plans offer enhanced services. The details of each plan, including pricing and features, are available on the Site.

Free Plan: Allows generation of up to 5 documents, with a limit of 10,000 words per document and up to 20 slides per presentation (pptx).
Paid Plans: Offer more extensive features such as faster document generation, increased word count, and additional document generation capacity.

By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the pricing and payment terms presented on the Site. All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, text, graphics, logos, icons, and other intellectual property on the Site are the exclusive property of Sengital Limited and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written consent.

You retain ownership of the content you create or generate using our Services. However, by using the Services, you grant BizMaster and Sengital Limited a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, reproduce, adapt, and display your content solely for the purposes of providing the Services.

6. User Conduct

When using the Site, you agree not to:

Violate any applicable laws, including intellectual property laws.
Post or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
Use the Site to distribute unsolicited commercial content ("spam").
Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Site or its servers.
Create multiple accounts to bypass restrictions on your usage.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site if you violate these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall BizMaster, Sengital Limited, or its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, the Services, or any content generated by the Services. This includes, but is not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content or any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of the Services.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to this agreement or the use of the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, for the use of the Services.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BizMaster, Sengital Limited, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents, from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our discretion, without notice, if we believe that you have violated these Terms or any applicable law. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms or the use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hong Kong.
